Stamping his claims as a serious racing contender over his short career so far, Sebring Sun has been confirmed in the 2015 Skyline Stakes final field.

Running on for an impressive second behind Pierrette in the TAB Betting Season Plate (1000m) on debut in October, Sebring Sun returned to racing for a credible third in a Randwick minor over 1000m before a luckless performance for fifth in the Listed Lonhro Plate (1100m) last time out on February 14th.

Allocated the outside barrier, trainer Gary Portelli has been thrilled with the condition of the son of Sebring over the last fortnight and is confident of a maiden race win on Saturday.

Godolphin is currently spoiled for choice with talented two-year-olds, and will be offered two good chances of success on Saturday after trainer John O’Shea confirmed Exosphere and Mogador in the 2015 Skyline Stakes final field.

Unlucky to be scratched from the Vein Plate in October, Exosphere failed to beat a single runner home in the CFMEU Tradies Plate (1100m) on November 1st, but returned to racing for a commanding win in the Valentine’s Day Maiden Plate (1000m) on February 14th.

Running second in the Valentine’s Day Plate on debut a fortnight ago, Mogador will leave from barrier 6 in the 2015 Skyline Stakes and has been confirmed to be partnered by James Doyle.

Odyssey Moon is aiming for a second race win in the 2015 Skyline Stakes and is offered a particularly good chance for success from the ideal barrier 2 and with in-form hoop Tye Angland booked for the ride.

Confirmed to target the Group 1 ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) this time in, Odyssey Moon charged home to win the $233,750 Inglis Nursery (1000m) on debut in December; progressing to a credible fourth in the Inglis Classic (1200m) last time out on February 7th.

Salerno (barrier 5), Wolf Cry (barrier 4) and Sun Flash (barrier 3) complete the 2015 Skyline Stakes final field.
