The Skyline Stakes field is comprised of some very proficient young sprinters. Open only to two year old colts and geldings, the Skyline Stakes field attracts some of the rising stars on the Sydney racing circuit. Because of it’s impressive Group 2 status, and it’s value as a follow-up race from the Silver Slipper Stakes, the Skyline Stakes field is always top quality.

2016 Skyline Stakes Field

The 2016 Skyline Stakes field will feature an impressive array of young colts and geldings all gunning for Group 2 glory. Because of the recent status upgrade, the 2015 Skyline Stakes field will likely be more impressive than many past years, and will be a great display of the rising talent of Sydney thoroughbreds.

2016 Skyline Stakes Nominations

The 2016 Skyline Stakes nominations will be announced on the Monday prior to the race and two days before final declarations are due. Following in the tradition of past years, the 2015 Skyline Stakes nominations can be expected to feature some future stars of racing and some of the better two year old colts and geldings on the Sydney sprinting circuit.
